Content Length

  • Minimum: 1,200 words
  • Recommended: 1,500–2,500 words
  • In-depth guides may be longer

Originality

  • 100% original content only. Your article must not have been published elsewhere online or offline.
  • Do not submit AI-generated content as your own work. We use detection tools to screen submissions.
  • Do not spin, reword, or repackage existing articles from other sites.

Quality Standards

  • Your article must provide genuine value to our readers — practical advice, clear explanations, or original insight
  • Include actionable steps, tips, or takeaways
  • Write in clear, plain English suitable for a general USA audience
  • Avoid vague, generic, or filler content

Formatting Requirements

  • Submit as a Google Doc or clean Word document
  • Use H2 and H3 subheadings to organize the article
  • Break content into short, readable paragraphs (3–5 sentences max)
  • Include a brief author bio (50–80 words) with a link to your website or professional profile
  • Include 2–3 royalty-free or original image suggestions (do not embed — list image descriptions and sources)

Links

  • Maximum 1 (one) external link to your own website or professional profile in the author bio
  • No links to competing yoga websites, affiliate products, or commercial services within the article body unless specifically approved
  • You may link naturally to other relevant articles on Yogalith.com

Health and Safety

  • Do not make medical claims or suggest yoga as a treatment for specific conditions
  • Include appropriate safety caveats for poses that carry injury risk
  • Do not publish content that encourages unsafe practices

What We Do NOT Accept

We will not publish:

  • Content that has been published elsewhere (including your own blog)
  • AI-generated or low-quality spun content
  • Product promotions disguised as editorial articles
  • Content with keyword stuffing or manipulative SEO tactics
  • Articles that make unsubstantiated medical or health claims
  • Content outside our yoga and wellness niche
  • Self-promotional advertorials without prior paid sponsorship agreement

Editorial Review Process

  1. Submit your pitch or draft by emailing info@yogalith.com with the subject line: “Guest Post Submission – [Topic]”
  2. Review period: We review all submissions within 7–10 business days
  3. Editorial feedback: If your draft is accepted with revisions, we’ll send detailed feedback within 5 business days
  4. Final approval and publication: Approved articles are scheduled for publication. We’ll notify you of the live URL once published.

We do not provide guaranteed publication timelines. Due to submission volume, we cannot guarantee a response to every pitch.
